Westman

Westman's economy is a mix of agriculture, agri-processing, manufacturing, retail, and — in its western reaches — oil and gas production in the Manitoba Bakken. That mix produces a specific security profile: gate control and cargo integrity at food-processing plants, mobile patrol across commercial districts in Brandon and its trade partners, wellhead and pipeline right-of-way coverage in the southwest, and event security at fixtures like the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair.

Our Westman dispatch coordinates coverage across Brandon (the region's economic anchor), Neepawa and Minnedosa (agri-processing centres), Virden, Melita, Souris and Boissevain (oil and gas country), and Killarney and Wawanesa (community service centres). Every posting is staffed with officers who understand the region's tone and pace.

For Westman insurance-sensitive clients, our patrol reports and incident documentation meet the audit standards that carriers writing Manitoba risk require. Our escalation liaisons include the Brandon Police Service and the Virden, Killarney, and Souris RCMP detachments.
