Stonewall coverage runs on schedules calibrated to the specific site — from event-driven single-shift coverage through to permanent 24/7 posture. Peak-hazard windows across Stonewall — overnight loading in industrial zones, retail closing procedures, event ingress and egress, and after-hours access on restricted floors — are staffed with additional supervision. Our dispatch cell tracks every shift across the Interlake coverage area and produces daily summaries that reach the client's operations lead on schedule.

Our Stonewall book of business reflects a year-round commercial base with a substantial seasonal population swell across Lake Winnipeg's south basin communities. We serve commercial property portfolios, industrial and manufacturing clients, event venues, healthcare and education campuses, retail and hospitality operators, and — where applicable — resource-sector and construction clients across the Interlake. Every officer assigned to a Stonewall posting is credentialed under Manitoba Justice private security regulations and selected against the specific tone of the environment. Corporate lobby postings are staffed with officers who present cleanly and communicate precisely; industrial gate postings are staffed with officers comfortable in high-cadence operational environments; healthcare postings are staffed with officers trained in verbal de-escalation and privacy discipline. Stonewall clients receive GPS-verified patrol records, time-stamped shift reports with photograph evidence, monthly incident summaries with trend commentary, and — on request — quarterly operational reviews that surface the patterns behind isolated events. Documentation supports insurance requirements, WCB filings, internal loss reviews, and any downstream law-enforcement handoff to the Winnipeg Police Service or the local RCMP detachment.
