Melita coverage runs on schedules calibrated to the specific site — from event-driven single-shift coverage through to permanent 24/7 posture. Peak-hazard windows across Melita — overnight loading in industrial zones, retail closing procedures, event ingress and egress, and after-hours access on restricted floors — are staffed with additional supervision. Our dispatch cell tracks every shift across the Westman coverage area and produces daily summaries that reach the client's operations lead on schedule.
